Kali ini Alif Konter akan share pengalaman mengatasi ponsel Acer Liquid Z4 yang lambat kinerjanya dengan melakukan hard reset. Bagaimana cara hard reset Acer Liquid Z4, ikuti langkah-langkahnya:
  1. Matikan ponsel dengan menekan tombol Power.
  2. Lepas Baterai kemudian pasang lagi.
  3. Tekan dan tahan tombol Volume Down + Power sampai masuk “Factory Mode” kemudian lepas kedua tombol secara cepat setelah muncul tampilan menu seperti dibawah.
    Ada beberapa menu:
    • Factory Mode
    • Auto Test
    • Item Test
    • Test Report
    • Debug Test
    • Clear eMMC
    • Version
    • Reboot
  4. Pilih Clear eMMC menggunakan tombol Volume dan OK menggunakan tombol Power.
  5. Tunggu proses formatting / data sampai selesai, kemudian ponsel akan reboot dan masuk ke tampilan untuk memulai pengaturan SIM Card dan lain sebagainya.
  6. Setelah semua pengaturan sudah selesai maka masuk menu utama, selamat tampilan ponsel Anda kembali seperti baru lagi.

update: pernah ada kasus Acer Liquid Z4 tidak bisa terima telepon, dicari-cari pengaturannya dimana tidak juga ketemu akhirnya coba di reset dengan cara di atas akhirnya kembali normal (tested).
