Siang tadi ada customerdatang mengeluh hpnya ga bisa dipakai karena memori penuh. Setelah saya lihat langsung, bukan hanya memori penuh tapi juga hang tidak bisa buka menu apapun. Seperti ini tampilannya:

Karena tidak bisa buka menu apapun, Soft Reset juga tidak bisa dilakukan, sehingga Saya mencoba Hard Reset. Berikut ini cara hard reset Advan S5E atau disebut juga Advan Vandroid S5E:
  1. Matikan ponsel sehingga dalam keadaan power off.
  2. Tekan dan tahan tombol Volume Up dan tombol Powersecara bersamaan sampai bergetar atau keluar logo atau tulisan Advan kemudian lepas kedua tombol tadi.
  3. Kemudian akan muncul logo android yang di atasnya ada tanda seru, dibawahnya bertuliskan “Tidak Ada Perintah” .
  4. Selanjutnya tekan tombol Powersekali, maka akan muncul Android system recovery <3e>. 
  5. Pilih wipe data/factory reset menggunakan tombol Volume Downuntuk berpindah dan tombol Volume Upuntuk memilik atau OK.
  6. Tunggu proses hingga selesai ditandai dengan adanya pesan complete.
  7. Kemudian pilih wipe cache partition, tunggu sampai proses selesai.
  8. Terakhir pilih reboot system now, maka ponsel akan reboot atau restart atau memuat ulang, saat proses reboot ini memang lebih lama dari rebootbiasa.
  9. Selesai, tampilan ponsel Anda seperti baru lagi.
